PCOS Panel
The hormonal and metabolic work-up, with an honest account of what bloods can and cannot settle
Polycystic ovary syndrome is common, frequently missed, and frequently diagnosed badly. This panel provides the full hormonal and metabolic assessment in one appointment.
What we will be straightforward about: PCOS cannot be diagnosed from blood tests alone. Diagnosis requires clinical assessment: your symptom history and usually a pelvic ultrasound — alongside these results.
This panel is one part of that, and we can arrange the rest at Bliss Chelsea.

What happens next
Where the picture supports PCOS, you will see a gynaecologist to complete the diagnosis and discuss management.
This may involve our dietitian, since insulin resistance responds well to dietary change.
Where it does not, we will look at what else explains your symptoms.
