Bliss Baby Massage Workshop

The gentle power of touch is one of the most profound ways to bond with, comfort, and soothe your newborn. At Bliss, we believe that the best time to prepare for those precious early days is before your baby even arrives.

Our Bliss Baby Massage Workshop is thoughtfully designed for expectant parents, ensuring you step into parenthood already equipped with the hands-on skills needed to comfort your little one from their very first day.

Led by our highly experienced senior midwife and certified baby sleep trainer, Lucie, this enriching two and a half-hour workshop beautifully bridges the gap between physical soothing and healthy rest.

You will learn how to confidently massage your baby to create a calming daily routine, ease the natural discomforts of their growing body, and significantly improve their sleep quality. During the second half of the workshop, Lucie will share her expert advice as a sleep trainer on how to encourage peaceful nights.

Our curriculum covers:

  • The Art of Baby Massage: Step-by-step techniques to create a relaxing daily bonding routine that comforts your newborn and eases physical tension.

  • Colic & Digestive Relief: Targeted, gentle massage strokes proven to soothe tummy troubles, reduce colic, and naturally support your baby’s digestion.

  • Sleep Hygiene Foundations: Essential tricks and tips for optimising your baby’s sleep environment and establishing healthy, sustainable sleep habits from the start.

  • Gentle Sleep Training Insights: Expert recommendations and practical strategies to gently guide your little one toward becoming a peaceful, consistent sleeper.

By mastering these invaluable techniques before birth, you remove the guesswork from those challenging early weeks. Join us to learn how to seamlessly integrate soothing touch and healthy sleep habits into your new family life - because at Bliss, we know that a rested, comforted baby begins with a confident, prepared parent.

While we welcome everyone at any stage of their pregnancy journey, we recommend attending this class between 30 and 36 weeks of pregnancy to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared for birth and beyond.

We value small group sizes to create a psychologically safe and supportive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable participating and learning. As spaces are limited, we encourage you to reserve your place in advance.
