> Preparing for pregnancy looks different for every woman. You may be trying now. You may be thinking about the next few years. And if you have had treatment that can affect fertility, or a pregnancy loss, knowing where you stand can be steadying in itself.
This panel assesses hormonal balance, ovarian reserve, thyroid function and nutritional status, to support informed family planning.
The part that is genuinely time-sensitive. We check immunity to rubella and chickenpox. Both vaccines are live, which means neither can be given during pregnancy. If you are not immune, this is the window in which something can be done about it — and it closes the moment you conceive. It is the single best reason to have this panel now rather than after a positive test.
What AMH can and cannot tell you. AMH indicates how your ovaries would respond to fertility treatment. It is a much weaker predictor of natural conception — women with low AMH conceive without help all the time, and a high result guarantees nothing. We will say this when we go through your result. We would rather you left with an accurate picture than an alarming number.

Immunity - Rubella IgG · Varicella (chickenpox) IgG · CMV IgG and IgM
Blood group - ABO group and Rhesus D type
