Jen Walpole

Jen Walpole is a member of both the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council (CNHC).

Her journey into nutritional therapy was inspired by her own health struggles. Throughout her twenties, Jen experienced hormonal imbalances that eventually led to a diagnosis of PCOS. What began as a personal passion for healthy eating and lifestyle soon developed into a professional calling. She went on to complete a three-year diploma in Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Jen’s practice is rooted in a functional, evidence-based, and personalised approach. She focuses on supporting the whole individual while also taking lifestyle factors into account. With a particular interest in fertility and hormonal health, she frequently works with clients experiencing irregular cycles, PCOS, or endometriosis, as well as couples navigating fertility challenges. Her support extends to those exploring both natural conception and assisted options such as IVF.

Widely recognised as a pregnancy nutritionist, Jen also continues to support many of her fertility clients throughout pregnancy and beyond. More recently, she has collaborated with Dr Gergana Peeva, Consultant Obstetrician and accredited specialist in Fetal and Maternal Medicine at Bliss – Chelsea Clinic for Women & Children, where she provides nutritional support to Dr Peeva’s patients during pregnancy.
